Ingredients:

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the grated paneer, bread crumbs, cashews, raisins, corn flour, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the paneer balls until golden brown. Drain them on a paper towel and set aside.
- To make the sauce, heat ghee in a separate pan and add the cumin seeds. When they start to splutter, add the onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
- Add the coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cream and mix well. Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
- Add the fried paneer balls to the sauce and let them simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
