 Bread Pizza Recipe

Bread pizza is a quick and easy recipe that is perfect for a snack or a light meal. To make bread pizza, you'll need slices of bread, pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice. 

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Spread the pizza sauce on top of each slice of bread.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  4. Add the diced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and sliced black olives on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper on top of the vegetables.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the bread pizzas.
  7. Place the bread pizzas on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Note: You can also add toppings of your choice such as cooked meat, sausage, or jalapenos.

You can also use a different type of bread like whole wheat bread, or sourdough bread.
