Bread Pizza Recipe
Bread pizza is a quick and easy recipe that is perfect for a snack or a light meal. To make bread pizza, you'll need slices of bread, pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
- Spread the pizza sauce on top of each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add the diced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and sliced black olives on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper on top of the vegetables.
- Drizzle the olive oil on top of the bread pizzas.
- Place the bread pizzas on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Note: You can also add toppings of your choice such as cooked meat, sausage, or jalapenos.
