Dry Paneer Manchurian Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep-frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the paneer cubes to the mixture and toss to coat the paneer evenly.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add the coated paneer cubes and deep fry until golden brown.
  5. Remove the fried paneer cubes from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
  6. Serve the dry Paneer Manchurian with green chutney or tomato ketchup.



Gravy Paneer Manchurian Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 tsp green chili sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup water


Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the paneer cubes to the mixture and toss to coat the paneer evenly.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai.

  6. In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the green chili sauce and tomato ketchup, and stir well.
  8. Add 1 cup of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
  9. Once the sauce thickens, add the fried paneer cubes to the pan and mix gently.
  10. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  11. Serve the gravy Paneer Manchurian with rice or noodles.

Note: You can adjust the amount of red chili sauce and soy sauce to suit your taste.
