Instructions:

  7. Place some filling on one half of the circle and then fold the other half over the filling to form a half-moon shape. 
  8. Seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
  9. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the murtabak on both sides until they are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
