Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. chow mein noodles
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

  4. Add the onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until it begins to soften.
  5. Add the bell pepper, carrot, cabbage, and snow peas and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Add the cooked chow mein noodles to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
  7. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper to the wok and stir to combine.
