Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as potatoes, carrots, green peas, beans, etc), boiled and mashed

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed vegetables, onions, coriander leaves, breadcrumbs, corn starch, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, garam masala powder, amchur powder, and salt. Mix well to make a smooth dough.
