Aloo Palak Ki Sabji recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped spinach leaves
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add diced potatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add chopped spinach leaves and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add garam masala powder and mix well.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
You can add some chopped tomatoes for tangy taste, also you can add some cream for richness in the dish.
