Paneer Nuggets recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for deep-frying
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the crumbled paneer, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small nuggets or balls.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or deep pan over medium heat.
- Carefully add the nuggets to the hot oil and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the nuggets from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Note: You can also bake these nuggets in a preheated oven at 375F for 20-25 minutes.
