Fish Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of fish fillets (any firm white fish like Tilapia or Cod)
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Dip the fish fillets in the flour mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the coated fish fillets in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Use a slotted spoon to remove the fish from the oil and drain them on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and enjoy!
Note: You can also add some ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, or other spices to the flour mixture for additional flavor.
