Aloo Beans Ki Sabzi
Here is a recipe for aloo beans ki sabzi:
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 cup boiled and chopped green beans
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add the onions and sauté until they are translucent.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the mashed potatoes and green beans to the pan and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the water and mix well. Cover the pan and cook the vegetables for 5-6 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
