Paneer Makhani Recipe

Ingredients:
- 200 grams paneer, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
- Add the paneer cubes, salt, and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
