  • 8-10 bread slices
  • 1 cup of grated paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 1/2 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes

  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp of red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp of chaat masala powder
  • Salt to taste

  1. Remove the crusts from the bread slices and roll them out with a rolling pin to make them thinner.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, boiled and mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, bell peppers, coriander leaves, red chili powder, chaat masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling on one end of a bread slice and roll it tightly.
  4. Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices and filling.
  5. Heat oil in a pan or kadhai over medium heat.
  6. Shallow fry the rolls until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  7. Remove them from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
