Paneer Bread Roll recipe

Ingredients:
- 8-10 bread slices
- 1 cup of grated paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1/2 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp of red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp of chaat masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
Instructions:
- Remove the crusts from the bread slices and roll them out with a rolling pin to make them thinner.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, boiled and mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, bell peppers, coriander leaves, red chili powder, chaat masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on one end of a bread slice and roll it tightly.
- Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices and filling.
- Heat oil in a pan or kadhai over medium heat.
- Shallow fry the rolls until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove them from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
