  • 100 gm  Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1/8 tsp Hing powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Tumeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp aamchur 
  • Salt to taste

  1. Begin by taking ¾ cup of peanut powder in a large mixing bowl. Add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp aamchur, ½ tsp fennel powder, a pinch of hing, and ½ tsp salt. 
  2. Mix all the ingredients well. 
  3. Next, slit the medium-sized green chilies and remove the seeds using the back of a spoon. 
  4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and place the stuffed chilies in it. 
  5. Cook for a minute or until the blisters appear on the chili, flip the chilies and cook on all sides on medium flame. 
  6. Once the chilies are cooked from all sides, add the mixture and allow it to simmer for a minute. 
  7. Serve the green mirchi fry hot as a snack or appetizer. Enjoy!
