Mint Paneer Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)

How to Make Capsicum Mint Paneer Masala at Home 2023

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
  3. Add the ginger and garlic, sauté for a minute.
  4. Add the diced bell peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder (if using) and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add the mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilies. Mix well.
  7. Add the cubed paneer and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add the cream and butter. Mix well.
  9. Reduce the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the cream and butter are fully incorporated and the paneer is heated through.
  10. Serve the mint paneer masala with capcicum hot with rice or roti. Enjoy!
