Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tamarind pulp
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes

Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the tamarind pulp, mint leaves, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, black salt, cayenne pepper, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
