Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated vegetables, paneer, all-purpose flour, corn flour, corn starch, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small lollipop shapes, using your hands or a lollipop mold.
  3. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or deep pan over medium heat.
  4. Carefully add the lollipops to the hot oil and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the lollipops from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
  7. Note: You can also add other vegetables of your choice like grated zucchini, or sweet potato.
  8. You can also add some grated cheese for added flavor and texture.
  9. You can also make them healthier by baking them in a preheated oven at 375F for 20-25 minutes

Be careful not to overcrowd the pan while frying, as this can cause the oil temperature to drop and the lollipops to become greasy.
