Mooli Ki Sabji (Easy Radish Recipe)
Mooli Ki Sabji, also known as radish sabji, is a simple and easy to make Indian dish made with grated radish.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated radish
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Once the seeds start to crackle, add the grated radish and stir to coat the radish in the oil.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan and stir to combine.
- Cover the pan and cook the radish on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until it is cooked through and tender. Stir occasionally to prevent them from sticking to the pan.
- Once the radish is cooked through and tender, adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti. Mooli Ki Sabji is ready to be served.
