Instructions:

  3. Add sugar to the milk and stir until it dissolves completely.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with a little bit of milk until it becomes smooth.
  5. Add the yogurt mixture to the milk and mix well.
  6. Add saffron strands and cardamom powder to the mixture and stir well.
  7. Pour the mixture into earthen pots or small serving bowls.
  8. Place the pots/bowls in a warm place for 6-8 hours to set the yogurt.
  9. After the yogurt has set, chill it in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
  10. Garnish with a few saffron strands and serve chilled.
