Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

- Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll each portion into a small disc.
- Place a spoonful of the filling mixture in the center of each disc.
- Fold the edges of the disc to form a half-moon shape and press the edges to seal the gujiya.
- Heat the oil for deep frying in a pan over medium heat.
- Gently slide the gujiyas into the hot oil and deep fry until golden brown.
- Remove the gujiyas from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
- Serve the gujiyas hot or warm.
