Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  5. Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and stir well.

  7. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. Cook the cabbage for 10-15 minutes or until it is tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. Once the cabbage is cooked, turn off the heat and garnish with chopped cilantro.

You can also add some grated coconut while sautéing the cabbage to give it a different taste and texture.
