Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1-2 green chili peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 inch ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions:
- Rinse the mint and cilantro leaves under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the mint, coriander, green chili peppers, ginger, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add the lemon juice and salt to taste. Add enough water to make a smooth paste.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more water if needed to adjust the consistency.
- Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and serve with your favorite fried snacks.
