Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the besan, rice flour, onions, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Slowly add water to the mixture and knead until a smooth dough is formed.
- Add the chopped spinach leaves to the dough and mix well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai.
- Once the oil is hot, take small portions of the dough and shape them into small pakoras.
- Carefully drop the pakoras into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove the pakoras from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve the hot Palak Pakoda with green chutney or tamarind chutney.
