Besan Chilla or Chilla Recipe (Quick Gram Flour Pancakes)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves

- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as required

Instructions:

- Cook on medium heat until the bottom side is golden brown and crispy. Flip the pancake and cook the other side.
