Arbi Recipe or Ghuiya Ki Sabji

- Add red chili powder, salt to taste and stir well.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the arbi is nicely coated with the spices.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
- Ghuiya Ki Sabji is ready to be served.
