  6. Dredge each banana slice in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the bread crumbs.
  7. Carefully place the banana slices in the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  8. Use a slotted spoon to remove the banana slices from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain.
  9. Serve the banana fries warm, with your favorite dipping sauce, such as chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, or honey.
