Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled and mashed spinach
- 1 cup boiled and mashed peas
- 1/4 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup besan (gram flour)
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed spinach, mashed peas, mashed potatoes, besan, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
