Veg Shami Kabab
Shami kabab is a popular dish from the Indian subcontinent, particularly in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. It is a vegetarian version of the meat-based kabab, and it is made with a mixture of boiled lentils (usually chana dal) and minced vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, and peas. The lentils and vegetables are mixed with spices and formed into small patties that are then shallow-fried until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Shami kabab is often served with mint chutney or tamarind chutney as a snack or appetizer. It is a great option for vegetarians and vegans who want to enjoy the flavors of kabab without consuming meat.
