- Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until they release their water and start to brown.
- Add the green peas, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add 1/4 cup of water, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the peas and mushrooms are cooked through.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
