Ingredients:

  • 1 cup falooda noodles
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp saffron strands
  • 1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, and cashews)
  • 2 cups kulfi (store-bought or homemade)
  • Rose syrup or kulfi syrup
  • Chopped mixed fruits (mango, strawberries, etc.) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Soak the falooda noodles in water for 30 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, bring the milk to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, until it thickens and reduces slightly.
  3. Add the sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, and mixed nuts and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool.
  4. To assemble the falooda, place a layer of soaked falooda noodles in the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  5. Next, add a layer of the cooled milk mixture.
  6. Add a scoop of kulfi on top of the milk mixture.
  7. Repeat layering with falooda, milk mixture, and kulfi until the glass is full.
  8. Garnish the top of the falooda with rose syrup, chopped mixed fruits, and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
  9. Serve immediately.

Note: You can adjust sugar, nuts, fruits, and syrup according to your taste preference.
