Ingredients:


  • 1 cup paneer (cubed)
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (cubed)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin-coriander powder
  • 1 tsp amchur (dry mango) powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Kadai paneer restaurant-style recipe

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai (wok) over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  3. Add onions and saute until they turn translucent.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  5. Add tomatoes and saute until they turn soft.
  6. Add bell pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add red chili powder, garam masala, cumin-coriander powder, amchur powder, and salt. Saute for a minute.
  8. Add paneer and mix well.
  9. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
  10. Serve hot with roti or rice. Enjoy!
