Ingredients:
- 1 cup paneer (cubed)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (cubed)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin-coriander powder
- 1 tsp amchur (dry mango) powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a kadhai (wok) over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add onions and saute until they turn translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and saute until they turn soft.
- Add bell pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add red chili powder, garam masala, cumin-coriander powder, amchur powder, and salt. Saute for a minute.
- Add paneer and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
- Serve hot with roti or rice. Enjoy!
