Ingredients:
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
