Egg Bhurji is a popular dish in India, it is simple and easy to make. Here is a recipe for making Delicious Egg bhurji Gravy Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chili peppers, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves (cilantro) for garnish
Directions:
- In a pan, heat oil and add the chopped onions, green chili peppers, and ginger-garlic paste. Cook until the onions are translucent.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
- Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for a minute.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add them to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cream and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
Note:
You can also add some finely chopped bell peppers or spinach leaves for added flavor and nutrition.
You can also add some grated cheese on top of the dish before serving, for added taste.
