Ingredients:

- Add the tomatoes and sauté until they turn soft and mushy.
- Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add the blanched cauliflower florets and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked through.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
