Banana Smoothie Recipe with yogurt


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana and slice it.

  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk or water to reach the desired consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired by adding more honey if necessary.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
