Banana Smoothie Recipe with yogurt
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
- Peel the banana and slice it.
- In a blender, combine the banana slices, milk, yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract (if using), and ice cubes.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk or water to reach the desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as desired by adding more honey if necessary.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
Note: You can also add additional ingredients like peanut butter, chia seeds, or flaxseed for added flavor and nutrition. You can also add some frozen berries for a different flavor.
