  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • salt, to taste
  • sev (thin fried gram flour noodles), for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, onions, cilantro, gram flour, cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well until a soft dough is formed.

  3. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add enough oil to shallow fry the patties.
